I have studied at the Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine here in Austin and am a practicing community herbalist. This means that I make or recommend herbal medicine that is made locally from clean and sustainable sources. I make remedies for symptoms of chronic stress and pain.
If I do not have what you need, I have a relationship with local clinical herbalists and apothecaries to meet your needs. Treatments include different teas, tinctures, salves, and the like to help ease anxiety, insomnia, tension, and discomfort in a gentle, natural way. I believe in Food As Medicine and can help you enhance your dietary choices with nutritive herbs and tonics. The goal of plant medicine is not to put you on a treatment regimen indefinitely, but to support you through a healing process so that you will not need any prolonged treatment.
